This is a list of teachers that belong to the Private Ryōō Gakuen High School, where all the Lucky Star girls assist. Three teachers have appeared in the manga while two of them have appeared in the anime series.
These are:
- Nanako Kuroi - History Teacher and Class Homeroom Teacher of classes 1-?>2-E>3-B(Being Konata Izumi's classroom teacher at least twice)
- Hikaru Sakuraba - Biology Teacher and Class Homeroom Teacher of class 3-C (Kagami Hiiragi's teacher)
- Fuyuki Amahara - School Nurse (appears only in the manga)
In the anime, several others appear, though they are only background characters and are not actually named.
